Where you could be working

The Institution employs almost 60 staff in Rugby and 11 staff at our offices in Kuala Lumpur, London, Melbourne, and Shanghai. We are organised into a number of departments: publishing; public relations; events; marketing; membership; member networks; administration; finance; data processing and information technology. Each of our departments require administrative, technical and professional skills from the people we employ.

Rewards and benefits

We offer attractive packages, including competitive salaries, health cash plan, BUPA health screening, health insurance, company contributory pension scheme and a sports and social club are available to all full time staff Additionally we offer a private health scheme to senior staff.

We work a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday and operate a flexi working system around a set of core hours. At our Rugby office we provide free car parking for staff. We pay staff monthly and salaries are reviewed annually.
