The Chemical Engineering Project Award

The chemical engineering project of the year award recognises the best chemical engineering project contributing to improved management of industrial assets completed after July 2011. The project should demonstrate innovation, successful delivery and a technical, commercial, safety/environmental or other benefit. The project may relate to construction of new industrial plant or to the enhancement of existing facilities.

The Process Safety Award

The process safety award recognises an organisation that has exemplary record in implementing process safety best practice and improvements to reduce major hazards and risks. This could be through implementing a program to identify major risks, for example: HAZOP, PHR, PSM and reduce these through a structured program or techology to minimise risk in operating practices and human factors.

The Young Chemical Engineer of the Year

The young chemical engineer award recognises the individual who best demonstrates his/her achievements and tangible application of chemical, biochemical and/or process engineering skills to address important economic, environmental or social issues. All entrants must have been born on or after 1 January 1984.
