Committee
The Food & Drink Special Interest Group is led by a committee of member volunteers.
The committee members organise the annual programme of events and activities, with support from IChemE staff.
They represent the primary contact for IChemE on food and drink matters.
The committee has strong links with the IChemE journal Food and Bioproducts Processing, with a number of the committee members participating in the editorial board.
Special Interest groups depend upon the energy and enthusiasm of the volunteers who lead them. Playing an active role provides opportunities to develop your personal skills while gaining valuable experience and contacts with fellow professionals across the academic, research and manufacturing sectors.
