We are delighted to announce that Wolf Hamm has been awarded an Arnold Greene Medal for his meritorious long-term contribution to the progress of the IChemE. He previously won the award in 1980 for his work with the Education Subject Group. Wolf Hamm was the first Chairman of the Food and Drink Subject Group (1984-87) and Editor of the Newsletter until 2010, when he became Treasurer. Without the continued efforts of Wolf Hamm, the Food and Drink Special Interest Group would not exist in its current state. The committee have agreed to mark his contribution to the Special Interest Group by naming the student travel bursary in his honour
