Student/Retired early bird (dinner not included):    £345+VAT

Registrations received after: 2 April 2012

Full registration (including dinner):    £575+VAT

Student/Retired full reigstration (dinner not included):    £416+VAT

These fees include attendance at the conference sessions of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 18 – 20 June, 2012 all conference documentation, lunch and interval refreshments for all three days and welcome drinks reception on the evening of Sunday 17th June.

Accompanying persons refreshment fee:    £120.31+VAT

Welcome reception:    Free of charge

Conference dinner:    £50+VAT 

A  VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.

Payment in full must be received in advance of the event otherwise admission cannot be guaranteed.

For members who live outside the UK, data may be transferred to their local centre.

 

It is the express wish of IChemE’s Council that information relating to members is only available to IChemE and not for direct access by third parties. Arrangements are occasionally made with suppliers of goods and services for their mailings to be sent to members. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations received in writing 28 days prior to the event will be subject to an administrative charge of 10% of fees + VAT. No refunds will be made for non-attendance or cancellations receivedless than 28 days prior to the event. Substitutions will be welcome at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or alter the programme.
