£1,150.00 + *VAT per module

£1,000.00 + *VAT Series of 4 modules. Payment to be received before each module

These fees include attendance at the sessions, all conference documentation, lunch and interval refreshments for both days and group dinner.

*For modules 1 & 3 VAT will be charged at the Netherlands rate of 19%. If you are an established trader in the Netherlands, please provide your registration number asVAT will not be chargeable. For modules 2 & 4 VAT will be charged at the UK rate of 20%.

A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.

Payment in full must be received in advance of the event otherwise admission cannot be guaranteed.

Data protection statement

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, IChemE (including staff, voluntary officers and companies processing data on IChemE’s behalf) will hold and use the data contained on this application for administration purposes, to keep you informed of activities, and offer goods and services provided by IChemE. For members who live outside the UK, data may be transferred to their local centre.

It is the express wish of IChemE’s Council that information relating to members is only available to IChemE and not for direct access by third parties. Arrangements are occasionally made with suppliers of goods and services for their mailings to be sent to members. All material is carefully vetted and the mailing list is never released to third parties.

IChemE is fully registered under the Data Protection Act.

The statements above do not apply to any correspondence relating to this booking. Emails will be sent confirming your registration, payment and information relating to the event, as well as joining instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing 28 days prior to the event will be subject to an administrative charge of 10% of fees + VAT. No refunds will be made for non-attendance or cancellations receivedless than 28 days prior to the event. Substitutions will be welcome at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or alter the programme.
