Description: Designed to help engineers working at all levels become better influencers, developing ability through a fundamental understanding of communication and presentation principles. This interactive course gives practical advice on the different modes of communication, and now to design and deliver an effective presentation. A large part of the course is devoted to developing assertiveness and confidence, and overcoming presentation nerves. The course is delivered by Dr Jamie Cleaver, a Chartered Engineer whose unique background allows him to to relate this otherwise generic 'soft skill' training to the situations and personalities you will encounter in the process industries.
