How do I get my PIN/Password?
Use the 'Forgotten login' link that can be found under the ‘My IChemE' (right of screen), when you complete the requested information (membership number/contact email address) your PIN will be emailed to you.
The 'Forgotten login' facility did not work, what do I do?
Contact customerservices@icheme.org advising as much information as possible, ie: membership number/date of birth/registered contact email address.
How can I view my subscription receipt online?
Login to IChemE www.icheme.org using the 'My IChemE' login (right of screen) enter your membership number and pin, click 'Go'. Click on the ‘Receipts’ option under 'My IChemE', click on ‘View’ next to the date of the receipt required, you will be able to print it out or request IChemE sends you a hard copy.
My subscription has been paid but my receipt is not there?
Direct Debit: Please be advised that it can take up to five days from receipt of the direct debit payment for the online receipt to be available.
Online: When a payment is received correctly online, it is credited to your account straight away and the receipt would be available after midnight (UK time) of that day.

How do I update my details online?
You are able to update your contact email/address details, online at www.icheme.org enter your membership number and pin (to obtain your PIN please use the 'Forgotten login' link under the ‘My IChemE’ (right of screen), when you complete the requested information your PIN will be emailed to you. Click on ‘Update my contact details’ under the ‘My IChemE’, 'Update details'.
I am unable to change my details online, how can I update?
Contact customerservices@icheme.org advising your membership number or date of birth and previous address details. Provide your new details and confirm your contact email address.
I am unable to access Knovel?
It may have been an error with the system at the time so please try accessing again, if you still have a problem please advise at what point it fails to work and if possible send us a screen print of the error message.
I am unable to access a publication within the Knovel library.
You may be trying to access a title that IChemE does not subscribe to. In order to access only the titles that IChemE subscribes to please ensure that the ‘My subscription’ option is in red at the top of the screen.
If you still have a problem contact customerservices@icheme.org advising your membership number and the title of the publication you are trying to access.
If you require titles that are unavailable to IChemE access, please contact Knovel direct regarding access/purchase.
