This challenge paper has been prepared to initiate debate, provoke discussion and build consensus through an all member consultation in February 2012.

Do you agree with the challenges and solutions set out here? Have we missed anything? What would your priority for action be? Given the limited resources at its disposal what initiatives should IChemE be supporting and what should it ignore?

IChemE members are invited to participate in the consultation, the findings of which will be used to reshape the Institution’s technical strategy prior to endorsement by Council in April 2012.
