International contracts
IChemE's contract forms were originally drafted to operate under English law. Their growing international use led to the publication of an international suite of contracts in November 2007. Whilst immediately recognisable to users of the UK forms in their arrangement, general drafting and philosophy, the international contracts have been fully revised to reflect the particular needs of international contracting in many and various jurisdictions. IChemE has also been rigorous in using common language across all forms wherever possible and appropriate.
