Delivery times are from the date of dispatch. Where applicable, standard-rate VAT will be applied to on delivery charges.
Orders placed before 12:00 GMT will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT will be processed the following working day.
What is your returns policy?
In accordance with English law, once an item has been purchased on the online shop it can be returned within 14 working days of receipt. Providing it is received by IChemE UK in a resalable condition, a refund will be issued for the item. The shipping cost will not be refunded, nor will the cost of returning the item.
If an item is received damaged or an incorrect item is sent, then it will be replaced only when the damaged/incorrect item is returned to IChemE UK within 14 working days of receipt.
We cannot make refunds for any sealed items that have been opened, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
No refund can be made on journals or periodicals.
If you wish to claim a refund this must be done in writing, by fax, letter or e-mail, and the item must be returned to IChemE UK, within 7 working days of receipt.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Maestro (UK issues), Solo (UK issues), AMEX and PayPal.
What are your terms and conditions of purchase?
Where applicable, VAT is charged at the standard UK rate unless IChemE is VAT registered in your country.
