Overview
Held during UK National Apprenticeship Week, this event will give young people a chance to hear how the apprenticeship route is an option to begin a career in chemical and process engineering to help engineer a sustainable world.
During this webinar young people can hear from apprenticeship providers, as well as young apprentices, explaining the benefits and and opportunities of this career pathway. The speakers will cover topics such as finding the right apprenticeship and how to apply.
Attendees will be given the option to pose questions the week before the meeting, ensuring that the speakers cover the topics that are of most interest. Questions will be posed using the Slido app and this event code - 2575942.
Target audience is for classroom teachers, careers leads, parents and young people themselves.

Georgie started her career as a Process Engineering Apprentice in 2018, graduating in 2023. she has worked in a variety of departments at AstraZeneca throughout her six year career, currently working on a development pilot plant.
