Ingen-Ideas named as new Corporate Partner

4th May 2012

Scottish engineering consultancy Ingen-Ideas has been named as IChemE's newest corporate partner. IChemE director of qualifications Neil Atkinson presented Ingen-Ideas Technical Director Robbie Leask with the organisation's Corporate Partner certificate at a reception in Aberdeen last week.

Ingen-Ideas was awarded Bronze Corporate Partner status and joins the likes of Sellafield Ltd, AstraZeneca and Larsen & Toubro on the Institution's list of Corporate Partners.

Atkinson says: 'The Corporate Partner scheme is designed to recognise those companies that show a sustained comittment to staff, the profession and IChemE.

'By paying the IChemE membership fees of all eligible staff and having an IChemE accredited company training scheme, Ingen-Ideas is eligibile for Bronze Corporate Partner status,' adds Atkinson.

Operations Director Andy Robertson says: 'The achievement of this award provides recognition of the effort our organisation puts into developing our workforce and shows that our commitment to growth is not just in terms of workforce numbers but crucially is in the capabilities and competencies of our engineers; a conscious decision taken when defining our company's ethos at the outset.'

Future plans for the company include further expansion in both the current UK headquarters and Dubai offices, as well as opening branch offices in other worldwide locations.
