This is the final opportunity for IChemE to put something right for you and to ensure that we have taken all reasonable steps to resolve your complaint.

This stage will normally be carried out by the CEO who will ensure that your complaint is formally logged and acknowledged.

The CEO will conduct a full investigation of how your complaint has been previously handled and any resolution offered before informing you of his findings.
