Venue and accommodation
The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Production and Consumption is being held at the Radisson Blu, located in the heart of Edinburgh, UK.
Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland and it is located in central eastern Scotland, near the Firth of Forth, close to the North Sea. Thanks to its spectacular rocks, rustic buildings and a huge collection of medieval and classic architecture, including numerous stone decorations, it is often considered one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
The Radisson Blu Hotel is just 13 kilometres from Edinburgh Airport which is easily accessible thanks to regular Airlink buses and Edinburgh’s tram system which take passengers to and from the city centre in approximately 30 minutes.
The hotel is within easy walking distance of the city’s central railway hub, Waverley Station. Waverley is the main route into the city, and is serviced by trains from England’s west coast line coming up from Birmingham and the Lake District, as well as England’s east coast line that originates in London and calls at York and Newcastle.
