Hazards Asia Pacific 2021

Hazards Asia Pacific 2021

21–22 September 2021, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Hazards Asia Pacific is the leading process safety conference in the region and follows five previous successful events.

The conference shares the latest developments and good practice in process safety. All the companies representing major industries will be present, and many will share experience in process safety and risk management, particularly technological advancements that have helped them thrive.

Since the last conference in 2019, the world has entered difficult and uncertain times. Climate change is now a top priority for many organisations, and the COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on business practices and profitability. Some of these changes will be limited to the pandemic, but others will be long-term changes that can improve industry performance in the future.

This year’s conference theme ‘Sustainable Process Safety – Thriving in the new norm’, brings these issues together. For many businesses, late 2020 and early 2021 will be about survival, but the intent of this conference is to look beyond and discuss how we can thrive in this new environment, in particular, the link between process safety and sustainability and how companies are managing this.

We invite you to share your lessons learned from dealing with these uncertain and difficult times, and any other learnings and technological advancements.
