Harold LewisHarold Lewis is the author of Bids, Tenders & Proposals: Winning Business through Best Practice, the best-selling text on tender writing, published by Kogan Page and now in its 5th edition (2015). He is a leading consultant with more than 30 years of specialist experience in proposal development and tendering procedures. In his professional career he has written over 300 winning bids, tenders and proposals, addressed to clients ranging from businesses and local authorities to government departments and international funding institutions. In recent years, he has increasingly worked with client authorities, advising them on the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of tenders.

Harold has participated as a member of technical teams undertaking overseas projects funded by international, regional and bilateral development agencies, including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNDP, EC and DfID.


A one-hour online session: 40 minutes' presentation + 20 minutes' Q&A.
Duration (for CPD recording purposes): up to one hour.
