Trish Kerin, Director, Institution of Chemical Engineers Safety Centre (ISC)
After graduating with honours in mechanical engineering, Trish spent several years working in project management, operational and safety roles for the oil, gas and chemical industries. Trish has represented industry on many government committees related to process safety, and sits on the board of the Australian National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA) and the Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center steering committee. Trish is a Chartered Engineer, registered Professional Process Safety Engineer, Fellow of IChemE and Fellow of Engineers Australia. Trish holds a diploma a OHS and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Lawrence Warren, Technical Manager of PSRG Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Warren has more than 25 years of experience in the chemical, petroleum, manufacturing, aerospace, and nuclear industries. He is an expert in Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), process hazard analysis (PHA), process safety management (PSM), and incident investigation. He has managed and performed hundreds of QRAs, PHAs, risk analyses, and incident investigations for a wide variety of batch and continuous processes which manufacture, use, separate, store, or destroy hazardous materials. He has taught training courses in hazard recognition QRA, PHA, PSM, and incident investigation analysis techniques to hundreds of engineering, operating, and maintenance professionals. Mr. Warren received his engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before joining PSRG in 2011, Mr. Warren worked for several petroleum and chemical companies such as BP, Henkel, BASF, and Enterprise Products. He was also the Lead Safety Engineer for projects at Fluor Corporation in the US and at Taknia Engineering in Libya.

Parthi Naidu Director & Regional Head, Assets & HSSE; BP Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Parthi Naidu was a Singapore basketballer turned Oil & Gas professional. He has 25 years of experience at BP and Chevron in construction projects, terminal operation and HSSE and has been based in Houston, Angola, Malaysia and Singapore. Mr. Naidu is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO). He holds a MSc. in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and MBA from the University of Leicester. Also, he has been adjunct lecturer for 3rd year Chemical Engineering at NUS. Mr. Naidu is third generation Singaporean, happily married with an adult son with special needs and an elderly mother. He is looking forward to the learning and sharing journey.

Paul Haydock, Risk Consultant of CGE Risk Management Solutions
With post-graduate study in Risk Management, Paul Haydock has worked as a consultant within risk analysis teams, and promoted barrier-based risk management systems and software. He has trained users in critical thinking in risk modelling, and implemented bow-tie risk analysis systems in various major hazards industries. These have included oil and gas, processing, mining, aviation and corporate or non-HSE risks. Paul has conducted auditing on management systems, and he has promoted holistic barrier management, including combining audits and incidents with risk models. 

Dr Sonny Sachdeva, Principal Engineer, PSRG Asia Pacific
Dr. Sonny Sachdeva of PSRG Asia Pacific received her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in Chemical Engineering and has over seven years of experience as a Research Scientist and Lecturer in environmental and process safety. She worked with the Mary Kay O’Connor Process Safety Center and Ocean Energy Safety Institute (OESI) for over two years and worked on multiple projects related to process and offshore safety. She has facilitated numerous PHA studies and participated in Process Safety Management (PSM) Audits with PSRG. She heads the Training Department of PSRG and has conducted multiple Training Workshops on Process Safety topics, such as Management of Change, Bow-tie Analysis, PHA facilitation and Compliance Auditing. She worked on multiple projects with government agencies such as the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH), for developing guidelines for emergency respondents, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), on conducting forums on shallow water blowouts, Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS), human factors, data reliability, risk management and Ocean Energy Safety Research Road-map for the 21st century with OESI and the National Science Foundation (NSF) for developing fire retardant materials. She has published over 15 journal articles including four review papers and one book chapter.
