Susan Watson

Susan is the Customer Consultant for Elsevier's Engineering solutions. She shows Knovel users how best to use the database to get the best value from it. Susan has been working in this role since May 2014.

 

Format

A one-hour online session: 40 minutes' presentation + 20 minutes' Q&A.
Duration (for CPD recording purposes): up to one hour.
