Mona works at KBR, UK, is a subject matter expert for carbon capture utilisation and storage (CCUS) and sour gas processing and has led various technology-based projects.

Mona has 24 years of experience leading projects from an advisory, technical and broad sustainability/environmental perspective. She has technology expertise in gas/sour gas processing, including sulphur recovery, acid gas removal, dehydration, natural gas liquids (NGL) extraction, liquefied natural gas (LNG), ammonia, hydrogen and carbon capture technology and their applications.

She has a technical focus on activities associated with energy related projects – up/mid/downstream oil and gas and energy transition. Her focus over the last five years has been energy transition and strategic energy advisory consulting across existing major energy supply chains and governments.
