Overview

Engineering has always been seen as a male-dominated industry, which is evident in certain fields such as in offshore engineering and in the data space. The forum invites young female engineers in the fields to share their experience in obtaining a job, their motivations for choosing the career path they have taken, how they overcame the challenges they faced in the workplace and how Covid-19 has transformed their workplace.

This forum is the first in its series, focusing on debunking common myths for women working offshore or in offshore support roles, as well as encourage more female engineers to consider a role in this field.
