Microaggressions is a statement, action, or incident regarded as an instance of indirect, subtle, or unintentional discrimination against members of a marginalised group such as a racial or ethnic minority. When microaggressions takes place in a workplace it could cause in the long term a decrease on productivity, detrimental effects on mental health, mental burnout, job dissatisfaction, and lack of belonging and support.

This interactive webinar will help to create awareness to employees, managers and team members about microaggressions and will provide tools on how we all can create a more positive workplace where all can be our best in an inclusive and safe environment.
