Overview

This interactive session aims to explore what resilience is and what it means to us as individuals, as well as look at ways in which we can strengthen our own personal resilience. During the session we will explore skills that will increase your confidence in your ability to bounce back from the many pressures you encounter in today’s workplace and daily lives.

Speaker

Lisa Griffin - Organisational Development Practitioner, Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Lisa is a specialist in Organisational Development, working for the NHS Cumbria Partnership Foundation Trust. She works across all levels in her organisation and with partners to improve patient care through delivery against strategies that support individual and team development.

Lisa is accredited to utilise a number of psychometric tools and regularly delivers workshops for personal development on influence, communication, developing coaching skills and resilience. She is currently undertaking an Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification and regularly coaches senior managers within the organisation.

Lisa led a personal development session for our member group in 2017 which was one of our most popular events of the year and we look forward to welcoming Lisa back to Whitehaven.
