World Engineering Sustainability Day Webinar

World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development was celebrated on 4 March this year and will be every year as a UNESCO international day. It's a celebration of engineers and engineering and the important contributions of the profession to sustainable development and modern life.

IChemE and Engineering New Zealand co-organised an event in Wellington, where speakers talked about decarbonising certain sectors of the economy and the role engineering has to play in sustainable development.

Paul Winton of 1Point5 Project provided a keynote speech followed by a series of additional speakers:
