Overview

Continuous Improvement (CI) is a vast subject with its origins within the automotive industries. Almost all of the information available to a potential practitioner is based on examples from those industries. However, the tools and techniques are equally effective within the process industries when applied appropriately. Our talk will give you an insight into how you can implement sustainable improvements in areas including:

  • health and safety performance
  • process efficiency
  • delivery performance
  • complaint reduction
  • cost optimisation.

Free parking is available at the venue, which is a short walk from either Dinas Powys or Eastbrook railway stations.

Refreshments will be available.
