Overview
Join us at the Spirax Sarco facilities in Cheltenham for a tour of the Steam Lab and a presentation on decarbonisation of steam generation. The South West Members Group have organised this special event with the support of Spirax Sarco to celebrate the IChemE Centenary.
On the Steam Lab tour, we will visit the pilot plant and test area, where they will share some of the interesting systems they are developing through their R&D Department.
After the tour, we will have the chance to hear about the Spirax Sarco Natural Technology initiative that is helping the industry decarbonise steam generation. The speaker will also share the One Planet strategy on how Spirax Sarco is tackling the Net Zero challenge, including the electrification of their onsite steam boilers.
Light refreshments will be provided by the host.
