Overview

Many companies have felt the impact on resource manning as COVID-19 has changed the way we staff jobs. Companies are taking a hard look into how they can safely run with fewer staff. How do we determine what we need for "Normal" operations and is this sufficient for Abnormal and Emergency operations?

Workload studies have evolved over the last 50 years and have changed from descriptive (time and motion), to subjective (NASA TLX) to new analytical approach which removes bias and searches out unacceptable risk. Many companies are focused on balanced workload as many positions have evolved over many years. With the resource challenges in the last two years many companies are looking to run with minimum staffing. This presentation will explain what are the measurements required to determine workload.

This webinar is aimed at operators, supervisors, engineers and managers.
