Overview

Water companies are heavily focussed on providing a resilient water supply. This enhanced resilience is often achieved by integrating the water supply network. Whilst this solves a lot of problems, it also presents new water quality risks. Different water sources can result in new compliance risk, or simply taste different and cause customers to complain. Whatever the risk, using water safety planning is the way to manage it.
