Countries eligible for discount rate 1

IChemE uses the World Bank's data on 'country classifications by income level' to determine which of the two international discount rates should apply to any given country. Discount rate 1 is applied to countries in the upper-middle, and high income groups. Our discount rate country lists are updated annually to reflect any reclassification by the World Bank.
