No matter what root cause analysis system your business is using, ACT’s interactive training experience will allow your staff to improve their investigation skills.

What’s different?

We concentrate on teaching participants about bias, active listening and interviewing skills. The techniques are communicated, practiced and refined through activities and work with actors.

The interactive interview sessions enhance the participant’s skills and understanding of what makes a successful interview. Best of all, these skills can be easily translated into the workplace to enhance team work and assist with conflict resolution.
