Employer Partner Networking Lunch

Overview

This in-person event will bring together Employer Partners from across the chemical and process industries to share insights on the UK Industrial Strategy and help shape IChemE’s support for members and advocacy for the sector.

IChemE will bring together Employer Partners and young engineers to explore how the profession can better attract, develop and retain the next generation of chemical engineers.

Hosted alongside the Young Engineers Awards for Innovation and Sustainability (YEAIS), the session will focus on early-career development, professional identity, work-readiness and the experiences shaping young engineers entering the profession today.

Through discussion with YEAIS finalists and early-career engineers, Employer Partners will explore practical ways industry can strengthen pathways into engineering and better support long-term career development across the profession.
