Professional process safety engineer (ICHEME & PEB Singapore) with over 15 years expertise in technical safety and process safety management, and more than eight years of managing internship program at Shell.

Dah Ching joined Shell as a senior process safety technologist and developed deep expertise in process safety management and process safeguarding. Prior to Shell, Dah Ching worked in ExxonMobil Chemicals Singapore as process safety engineer and process engineer in Ethylene Cracking, Gasification and Utilities.

His biggest achievements are the roll out of global/site wide initiatives like eMOC, Singapore Safety Case, Golden Retriever Ecosystem (providing PS data and analytics and app development), several high profile incident investigations, security PHA review for Bukom compliant to IEC62443 3-2.

He enjoys coaching, and is a role model for his peers, and students. This enables them to do value added work while achieving business objectives. His interns regularly score distinctions and awards for industrial attachment.
