A chemical engineer with nine years of technical support, process engineering, operations, quality, commissioning, start-up and process hazard analysis experience in lubricants and additives, petrochemical and agrochemical industries.

Demonstrated ability to work with and networks with the local, regional and global manufacturing leadership and plant sites. Led a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to commission, start-up and qualify a green field site.

Demonstrated ability to take on additional roles as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues within plant site. Six Sigma trained and with experience in continuous improvement processes. Adept in carrying out statistical analysis with Minitab and Excel.

Known for being a keen and continuous learner with high emotional intelligence, meticulous and able to work across cultures and different work streams. Able to read and write in Mandarin and German.

Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), UK and lead of the Young Engineers Special Interest Group (SIG). Registered Chartered Engineer.
