2013 chemical engineering awards open for entries

7th April 2013

Entries are now being accepted for the 2013 IChemE Innovation and Excellence Awards. The awards are free to enter and open to both members and non-members around the world.

The IChemE Awards programme is now in its 20th year and is widely considered the most prestigious chemical engineering awards event in the world. This year, alongside the global awards being presented in association with Saudi Aramco, national awards will also be presented in Singapore and, for the first time, Malaysia.

The Institution will also present its North America Awards for only the second time.

“Our awards cover every aspect of chemical and process engineering, recognising both people and projects,” says IChemE ceo David Brown.

“We get more entries with each passing year and they come from all over the world. It’s a great chance to showcase the diversity of the profession and some of the really exciting work being undertaken,” adds Brown.

The global awards will be presented on 7 November at the IChemE Awards Dinner in Bolton, UK. Table reservations for the event are now being accepted.

Entries will be accepted for the national and North America awards programmes later this week. Contact awards@icheme.org for more information about the IChemE Awards.
