Mary Stewart

Mary is a seasoned executive with governance experience. She is currently the ANZ Lead Partner for Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change at eRM, the world’s largest pure play sustainability consultancy. Mary leads Australia’s largest specialist climate change team. She is a consultant in energy and climate risk working with the boards and executives of Australia’s largest companies.

Mary has previously been the chair of the IChemE’s Energy CoP, and the President of Australia’s Energy Efficiency Council. She has represented the business sector on working groups of the UNFCCC. She received the IChemE’s Ambassador medal in 2025 for the work she did to support the IChemE’s climate positioning. She received the Women in Leadership award for leadership in the private sector in 2017.
