Energus

Energus is a unique training and conference venue situated on the edge of the picturesque Lake District in West Cumbria.

Since 2009, Energus has gained a reputation for delivering high quality training and development programmes on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and a wide range of partners across the nuclear and related sectors, to address the skills shortage areas across the nuclear industry and supply chain. We also work with other industries and companies across the country to manage bespoke apprentice and graduate programmes. Our services include graduate and apprentice development, STEM solutions as well as delivering in-house commercial courses to upskill your existing employees. Examples include the award winning nuclear graduate programme, our CyberFirst programme in partnership with National Cyber Security Centre and we were recently named as one of the top ten SME employers of Apprentices. Our successes are achieved by working with national industry partners, enabling us to offer bespoke solutions to recruitment, training and development needs.
