Emotional intelligence encompasses skills of self-awareness, self-management, listening, communication, empathy, influencing, and what we often call great leadership. Emotional quotient accounts for 80% of our success in life and can be developed thanks to neuroplasticity. What the research on neuroscience tells us, is that our brain can be 'rewired' it can form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to learning or experience.

Why it matters? Because in current environment, it is very common to feel overwhelmed, and while there are things that we cannot change, we can choose how we respond to our triggers and manage stress better, to increase our wellbeing, improve relationship, and enhance your leadership.

During this session, you will familiarise yourself with how to train your mind to develop emotional intelligence competencies in your workplace and personal life. We will learn how our brain works and will explain several methodologies based on mindfulness tools.
