Overview

This event will give students, recent graduates and young engineers the opportunity to gain an insight into delivering a successful technical presentation which benefits them for upcoming final oral presentations/poster sessions as well as any presentations in their future careers.

Between our two presenters, attendees will gain insight of what is expected in delivering a successful technical piece, as well as insight of how to manage a talk and what can be expected. In addition, there will also be a Q&A where our attendees can raise any questions with our presenters.

Dave Harrison, Xodus Group 

Dave is currently the Process and Facilities Division Manager for Xodus Group and has considerable experience in the delivery and review of technical work. 

Gareth McQueen, Shell UK

Gareth is a recent graduate from 2015 who is now a Production Support Engineer for Shell UK.
