Overview
The session will focus on recognising emotional distress, identifying when someone may be struggling, and approaching conversations with compassion and without judgement. It will highlight how we can all help create environments where men feel supported, listened to and comfortable seeking help.
Through practical examples and audience questions, the webinar will encourage open conversations, challenge stigma and promote early support, emotional resilience and improved mental wellbeing.
