Overview

Process improvements are necessary to eliminate inefficiencies and implementation of successful process improvements require process oriented thinking, working effectively in cross functional teams. In this webinar, the speakers will present tips to implement those process improvement focusing on quality improvements, cost savings and timescale for implementation.

Presenters

Conor Killeen, Environment and Sustainability Officer, Sterling Pharma Solutions

Conor is a chemical engineer working in the EHS department of Sterling Pharma Solutions. His focus is currently on carbon emissions reduction, sustainability management, and process safety.  He is a hazard study leader and participant, and has additional experience in hazardous area classification, environmental impact assessments, and human factors.

Sean Isherwood, Process Engineer, Walker Filtration

Sean is a Process Engineer who holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has led numerous successful cross-functional throughput and lead-time process improvement projects in both the manufacturing and chemical sectors, driving systemic change to improve a company’s commercial competitiveness.

Sean has strong experience identifying the need for and then project managing the introduction of special purpose automated machinery, with a core for driving increased total output, reducing product lead time and improving operational safety.
