Overview
Alternative proteins are emerging as a key solution to meeting future food demand sustainably, but scaling these technologies presents significant engineering challenges. Join this webinar to discover how the National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC) is bringing together engineers, scientists, and industry to accelerate innovation in fermentation, bioprocessing, manufacturing, and scale-up. Learn about the role chemical engineers can play in shaping the future of sustainable protein production.
As demand for sustainable protein grows, alternative proteins offer exciting opportunities for innovation in food and biomanufacturing. In this webinar, the National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC) will showcase how chemical engineering is helping to overcome the challenges of scaling alternative protein technologies, from process design and production to commercial manufacture. The session will also highlight opportunities for industry engagement, collaborative research, specialist training, and access to national-scale facilities.
