Webinar: Opportunities for Sustainability with Flow Chemistry

Webinar: Opportunities for Sustainability with Flow Chemistry
  • Date From 6th December 2023
  • Date To 6th December 2023
  • Price Free of charge, open to all.
  • Location Online: 13:00 GMT. Duration: 1 hour.

Overview

Flow chemistry is a different way to perform chemical processes, but the difference comes not only from removal of 'batch'. Flow opens new chemistries and provides wider process windows for existing processes.

We discuss what processes and chemistries could gain the most from the flow (and the ones that are better stay in batch). And how the potential of flow could be translated into tangible sustainability improvements for creating new or improving existing process.

Speaker

Dr Nikolay Cherkasov, Managing Director, Stoli Chem

Nikolay received his PhD from Moscow University (Russia). Afterwards, he was a postdoc at Hull and Warwick universities authoring 50+ publications. In 2016, he co-founded Stoli Chem – a technology company that reduces chemical production costs and energy consumption.
