Jon is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience leading international technology scale-up, technical governance, and industrialization across complex manufacturing sectors. He holds an EngD in Chemical Engineering from Manchester, where his doctoral research focused on fluidised bed detergent granulation, bringing together academic innovation and commercial factory execution.

Throughout his career, Jon has specialized in the end-to-end process of bringing new innovations to life, managing everything from initial front-end engineering design (FEED) to large-scale CAPEX delivery and global process safety standards. Most recently, as Group Head of Technical Services for a multinational consumer goods corporation, he established unified frameworks to optimize product quality, standardise regulatory reporting, and integrate operations between global R&D and supply chain networks.
