Engage, collaborate and network
IChemE Connect is a global online community that enables our 30,000 members to interact with their peers.
Designed and developed in collaboration with our members, IChemE Connect is a hub of knowledge, discussion, and collaboration - a place where all members can engage in conversation, interact on topics, ask questions, and share views, news, and experiences.
Whether you check in daily, weekly, or when you spot a discussion of interest through the regular digests, you’ll find a diverse community of like-minded professionals to engage with throughout your career. You might be looking for support with CPD, to learn from others and share your knowledge, or to get more involved – all of this will be easily available through IChemE Connect.
Shortly after launching in February 2024, dedicated spaces for Member Groups and Special Interest Groups will be introduced, as well as resource/discussion areas for Volunteers and the Sustainability Hub. We will also be using the online community to support our all-important mentoring provision, matching those with a wealth of experience to those developing their career in chemical engineering and need advice, support and confidence to take the next step.

To activate your IChemE Connect profile, first you'll need to log in to your My IChemE account. Once logged in, you can use the IChemE Connect tile on your My IChemE profile page to activate your account and access the online community. That's it.
Next time you log in to IChemE Connect, you can access it from your My IChemE account or the login button on connect.icheme.org.
