Speaker

Dane Hart, Chief Executive, Engineers Without Borders New Zealand (EWBNZ)

Dane is the Chief Executive at Engineers Without Borders New Zealand (EWBNZ), a charitable organisation for engineers who believe in using a people-centered, strengths-based approach to improve community health, well-being and opportunity - something known around the world as 'humanitarian engineering'.

Dane has recently worked with a group of ten leaders with a broad range of backgrounds to answer the question; 'If we are asking engineers to lead our society to overcome our wicked problems, what mindsets or skills do those engineers need to have?'.

Hear what Dane and the leaders came up with, what this means for the future of 'humanitarian engineering', and what part you can play in this. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have.
