Overview

Do you know the difference between a complex or complicated system? In this workshop we will explore the distinction between them through the lens of digitalisation. We will explore why most digital transformation projects fail, and in the process start to understand the fundamental difference in approach needed to drive change in inherently ambiguous human systems. We will appreciate how we can confidently apply our natural problem solving aptitude to the messy world of complex systems as effectively as we do in the technical scientific space that we are trained to operate in.
