DiscoverChemEngLIVE are unique events for school students to discover chemical and process engineering.

An interactive exhibition featuring companies and organisations from a range of chemical engineering industries such as McDermott, Carlsberg Britvic, PM Group, Severn Trent and Universities with chemical engineering courses. As well as hands-on activities and opportunities to speak with working chemical and process engineers.

DiscoverChemEngLIVE is free and is open to school students aged 12 to 18-year-old (y8-y13). Group size of up to 30 young people, plus teaching and/or support staff from your school or college. We are committed to making this event as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible for all students, staff and visitors. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The DiscoverChemEngLIVE Rugby will take place on Thursday 12 November 2026:

• Morning: 09:30–11:30
• Afternoon: 12:30–14:30
