ACTS community engages with changes at manager workshop

On 28 November, IChemE hosted a well-attended ACTS Manager Workshop, bringing together representatives from Accredited Company Training Schemes (ACTS) to share updates, experiences, and insights. The event focused on recent developments in the Chartered Member application process and how these changes relate to ACTS-accredited programmes.
The session included discussion on the upcoming Competence and Commitment (C&C) report update, as well as a preview of the soon-to-be-released ACTS Guidance Document and ACTS Manual Template, resources designed to provide clearer, more consistent support for organisations running or developing accredited training schemes.
Attendees also heard from BP, who shared their experience of managing a successful ACTS programme, and received updates from IChemE’s Regional Engagement Team, who continue to work closely with organisations across the network.
