Overview

We are delighted to announce that ChemEngDayUK 2024 will be hosted by Imperial College London’s Department of Chemical Engineering between 25-26 April 2024.

This annual must-attend event, supported by the Heads of Chemical Engineering UK (HCEUK), will address the future research and educational contributions of chemical engineers.

Distinguished plenary speakers and invited oral and poster presentations will address cutting-edge research and new technologies across a number of key themes within chemical engineering including:

• Biotechnology
• Data centric chemical engineering and process systems engineering
• Molecular systems engineering
• Net-zero energy pathways
• Sustainable and efficient chemical processes
• Education session - 'Integrating sustainability best practices into chemical engineering curriculum'
• Translation session - 'Translating Chemical Engineering: from research to societal impact'

We very much look forward to welcoming chemical engineering students, researchers, educators, and industrialists to ChemEngDayUK 2024 to showcase their work and to seek new opportunities for collaboration.
