Speaker

Rachel Baxter-Smith, Director of Qualifications, IChemE

Rachel joined IChemE in 2015 and has since held several positions within the organisation, as Head of Membership and later in transformation leadership roles. She became Interim Director Qualifications in September 2023.

Prior to joining IChemE, Rachel worked in international roles at Accenture and before that BP Chemicals, and has a background in project management, business process and customer service management.

Rachel studied at the University of Leeds, UK and the University of Bayreuth, Germany and holds qualifications in project management and Lean Six Sigma.
